How do I create an account?
Open the Cup app, tap Sign up, and enter your name, email, and phone number. You’ll receive a verification step to confirm it’s really you, and then you’re ready to order.
How do I place or track an order?
Browse restaurants, add items to your cart, and check out. Once your order is placed, you can follow its status in real time from the Orders tab and receive notifications at each step.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We’ll send you a link to set a new password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I manage notifications?
You can turn order updates and promotional notifications on or off from your device settings under Notifications → Cup, or from the preferences section inside the app.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing support@cup.app from your registered address. We’ll permanently remove your personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
A payment failed or I was charged incorrectly — what do I do?
Please email us with your order number and the date of the transaction. We’ll look into it right away and make it right.
